No ownership will be taken by Premier Chess Academy for the missing category information.\nNo Spot Entries.\nIdentity check will be performed prior to the tournament. Registration Name and Date of Birth must match that with the ID proof – where they differ you will be denied entry into the tournament.\nYou consent to capture your photograph and videos for publishing and promotions on social media’s platforms.\nIndian Income Tax Act and Rules will be applicable.\nAny types of electronic devices/wristwatches will not be allowed in the playing arena.\nCash prizes will not be shared. One player will get one higher Cash prize only.\nParticipants to arrange all basic necessities (food\, transportation\, accommodation etc) to the tournament. Food & Refreshments will be available in the stadium for sale.\nCancellation policy – non-refundable.\nPremier Chess Academy reserve the right to reject any entries & hold the right the cancel the event anytime.\nThe walkover time for subsequent rounds in the chess tournament will be 10 minutes\, while for the first round\, it will follow clock time.\nAll the players are required to mandatorily adhere the Covid protocol issued by Government of India.\nDue to any unforeseen circumstances\, if the event is cancelled or postponed Premier Chess Academy obligation is limited to refunding the entry fees paid by the players.\nPremier Chess Academy reserve the right to expel participants from the tournament if they violate the rules\, engage in unsportsmanlike conduct\, or behave in a manner that disrupts the event or compromises its integrity.\nWeather conditions\, Natural disaster or Political events may necessitate potential rescheduling\, relocation\, or cancellation of the event to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.\nAny disputes or complaints should be reported to the Chief Arbiter immediately; the decision of the Chief Arbiter is final and binding.
