Here we go to recognize the stars of the month (March 2021) at Premier Chess Academy, UK!
1. Rihaan Nayak
“Rishan is an amiable 8-year-old boy from London, UK. Along with Chess, he loves his sports and learning music instruments. On observing his keenness to learn and explore more about chess, we enrolled him with PCA. Rishan has been attending the lessons since June 2020 with Siddharth Sir. He always looks forward to attending his session and also tries to watch/play additional Chess videos/games to supplement his learning. He has started taking great interest in understanding the nuances of chess under the guidance of Siddharth Sir. He has a unique knack of teaching kid’s life skills about being resilient and motivates them while teaching kids chess moves and we can clearly see Rishan has started applying this into practice in Chess and other things from asking questions and clearing his doubts, giving different move suggestions without worrying about getting it wrong. So a big THUMBS UP from us for all the help!! “.

“Rishaan started with absolute beginners, he only knew about the pieces movements only. But now teaching in Intermediate level, it’s been 9 months teaching him chess and he learnt the game so fast and is very consistent in chess. He want to learn as much as about the game, so he take reference from YouTube and always search about the game from Google which is so welcoming! Very bright future in chess and one to watch for”.

2. Eshan Mantry
“Eshan is a 10 year old bright boy, full of life with an amazing sense of humor. Eshan loves music and enjoys playing piano. He is very technical and a gadget geek . He loves playing with his friends on Xbox , cycling ,skating , sledging and scootering. He joined PCA during lockdown last year and absolutely loves chess since then. There is not any practice session that he would miss and really looks forward to the tutorial by Abhishek Sir. Abhishek Sir has a way of developing rapport with kids , to keep them enthusiastic , motivated and engaged during the game. Eshan is literally glued on to chess board and continues to enhance his skills and learn strategies from tutorials and ongoing practice sessions. Applause to Abhiskek Sir for his superb guidance and continuing to boost Eshan’s passion and dedication to chess.”

“Eshan is extremely enthusiastic in chess and always interested to learn new things in chess. Never been once he’s been lazy in class. Extremely consistent in playing chess and hardly miss any Practice sessions. He learns from his mistakes and enjoys the game. Happy to have this kiddo as my student”.
