2. Tanish Sathishkumar
” Tanish is a 9 years old 4th grader, living in Wilmington, Delaware. He has shown tremendous improvements in chess, and watching him take bigger leaps everyday, has been a joy. Tanish is very creative, impulsive, and visionary. With his visual talent he is also into artwork as a sketch artist.He is good in numbers and enjoys solving quantitative problems. 3. Arjun Pardesi
” Arjun is 6 year old and is in first grade. He lives in Colorado. During lockdown he developed interest in chess and played games with his dad. Eventually we enrolled him in PCA where with the help of his coach his game skills were fine-tuned .His coach Afinu taught him techniques and as well reviewing his moves helped him progress gradually. Playing in tournaments encouraged him to learn and improve subsequently. His latest interest is participating in chess tournaments and apart from that he enjoys swimming and reading story books. 4. Riona Satpathy
” Riona is eight years old, studying in 3rd grade, and lives in Salt Lake City, Utah(USA). Apart from chess, she loves to dance and performs on various community stages with her team in the ballet genre. When she is not playing chess or performing a dance, she is engaged in drawing or quietly reading a book. She has learned many techniques from Coach Anish Sir, and his teaching style has motivated her to perform better in chess with every game and to apply strategic thinking in her life. 5. Adhvik Seenu
” Adhvik is a 6 year old happy and fun loving First Grader who is very passionate in whatever he does. He joined Premier Academy 2 month ago and started his strong interest in chess recently. He has learnt many different techniques from his classes, Thanks to his coach Mr. Arya Bhakta who has been mentoring him really well. He gets motivated by the practice sessions and enjoys playing in Lichess regularly. He has been constantly improving in his game. Apart from Chess he likes swimming, playing Tennis, Basketball and Soccer. His passion is watching Action movies and also dancing to the tunes of recent hit songs. ” My name is Anishkaa Muraleedharan. I live in Michigan, USA. I will be attending 4th grade in September. My hobbies are singing, playing chess and drawing. 8. Tanay
” I think that Hardik is an awesome teacher. He makes classes really fun while waking a lot of information. Tanay practices a variety of different things and he always likes to challenge him and the group. He always sets goals for them to complete. He uses a lot of quotes which are very inspirational. 10. Vivaan Ruparel
” Vivaan is 7-year-old and was born on the day of Janmashtami, Vivaan means Shri Krishna and he is a little naughty like Him, at the same time very kind hearted, caring and a loving boy. He loves reading books since he was 4 years. He is a quick learner in everything he does and likes to do with perfection. He started playing chess 7 months ago and has developed so much interest into it and has started whining trophies / medals which motivates him more and more. He also loves building Lego and likes solving puzzles / riddles. Vivaan also plays piano. Recently he has started playing carrom and badminton. Vivaan is a brown belt in taekwondo. ” Khushi is an academically gifted 11 year old who loves chess. She enjoys doing math and reading books, as well as watching TV. Her favorite attacks/openings are the Fried Liver Attack, Modern Défense, and the queen’s Gambit. She is currently in 6th grade. Her favorite book series is Willow Falls by Wendy Mass. Her hobbies are playing volleyball, badminton, drawing, and last but not least, playing the violin. Her teacher is Karan sir, who is very patient, has helped improve her technique and thinking skills. She joined PCA 6 months ago, but had little playing experience before that. ” Aagam is a mischievous 7 year old boy who loves to watch NINJA and play LEGO all the time. He loves to play basketball and badminton. He enjoys listening to music and plays them on piano. He started to watch chess games at home and immediately picked the moves. I am grateful to PCA academy and Keshav sir who encouraged him and trained him to reach to this level. 28. Ishaan
” Ishaan turned 10 years old a week ago and will be going to 5th grade this September. He started learning chess about a few months ago by watching YouTube videos and lichess tutorials. Ishaan has tremendously improved after joining PCA. Coach Mr. Viswanath has channeled Ishaan’s enthusiasm and energy in the right direction and helped Ishaan reach his current position. Coach Vishwanath also encouraged Ishaan to explore puzzles on lichess.org. Ishaan eagerly waits for every chess class and tournament and loves it when he can apply the strategies that Coach Vishwanath taught him to win his games. Apart from chess, Ishaan likes to play tennis, cricket, video games and board games. He loves to play various games with his friends and enjoys competitive games with them. Ishaan is an avid reader and likes to read both fiction and nonfiction books. As parents, we are extremely thankful to coach Viswanath for all his efforts in improving Ishaan’s games. Coach Vishwanath not only encourages the right strategies that Ishaan or any of his students follow, but also makes sure to give his students constructive feedback to improve their game. “

29. Aryan Dadoia
” Aryan is an energetic 10 year old fifth grader who is a passionate and enthusiastic learner. He has been playing chess since two years and chess became his favorite competitive games/sport. He is always eager to learn new strategies for chess. Apart from chess, he likes to play piano, tennis and cycling. We really appreciate the coach Ayush Sir & PCA team for their guidance and support. ”

- Regular in class and practice sessions.
- Displaying improvement in practices to reach top 3 positions.
- Puzzle solving and tactics findings in regular class.
- Generate quest in chess and regular in assignments.
- Over all – Passion is evident in class, practices, puzzle solving etc.
