At Premier Chess Academy (PCA), our vision is to transform kids into the world of chess & support them along the transition. Each and every kid at PCA deserves a special appreciation but we have shortlisted (selection criteria below) the students. Friendly advise, “for student’s those who didn’t make it through – you will make it one day and for those who are the stars of the month – continue the practice as your bar goes up”.

Here we go to recognize the stars of the month (August 2023) at Premier Chess Academy, India!

1. Garvit Khurana

Garvit is 10 years old and one of the brilliant students, studying in 6th standard at Indraprastha International School Dwarka, New Delhi. He is a chess enthusiast and loves playing it. He has been part of PCA academy for long and entire credit goes to Narendiran sir for shaping him so well.Apart from chess he is very passionate about cricket. He has a great interest in music as well & loves playing guitar. We look forward to Garvit achieving bigger milestones in chess under the able guidance of Narendiran Sir. “

Coach feedback on Garvit :

Garvit is always very active in the class, he’s doing great! Given any puzzle he always tries to come up with unique ideas & variations. He likes to explore a lot & check what are all the other possible good moves for both sides which is a great asset for a chess player! Now he’s preparing for the upcoming team battle! I’m very confident that he’ll contribute some valuable points for his team & lead the team from the front towards victory! I wish him all the very best for his upcoming achievements! “
