Beginner
Learn to play
The Beginner module has 2 levels - Beginner and Advanced Beginner during which progression, the students learn to play the game of chess, understanding the basic concepts and strategies in a fun way.
This develops the confidence to play matches. They would have already participated in many internal PCA hosted tournaments before they could progress to the next level.
Schedule: Weekly 2 sessions of 45 mins duration each
Group Size: typically 6 students
Pricing: USD 59 per month
Free: Guided practise sessions, brain-teasers and Sunday tournaments every week.
Intermediate
Play like a Pro
The Intermediate module has 2 levels - Intermediate 1 and Intermediate 2 during which progression, the students learn to play like a pro, building their confidence to play competitive tournaments.
This is also the road to International Chess Federation (FIDE) rating.
Schedule:Weekly 2 sessions of 45 mins duration each
Group Size:based on coach recommendation & skill level
Pricing:1 at USD 70 / month and I2 at USD 80 / month
Free: Guided practise sessions, USCF rated tournaments every week.
Advanced
Top Performance
Very few students get to this high performance level. The focus here is to improve the FIDE rating and develop understanding of the various nuances of chess.
