Here we go to recognize the stars of the month (April 2025) at Premier Chess Academy, India!
1. Abhinav Singh Panwar
“Abhinav Singh Panwar, a 9-year-old from Uttarakhand, is shy by nature. He began playing chess at age 5, inspired by his cousin sister Manvi, who plays on Lichess. Dedicated and honest, Abhinav has shown a deep passion for the game since childhood, always committed to improving his skills.”

2. GAURAV PANDEY
“Gaurav Pandey is an energetic and creative 8-year-old, who stands out for his passion and curiosity. He has recently discovered a love for chess and, thanks to the encouragement and guidance of his chess teachers, has quickly developed impressive skills in the game. Gaurav’s dedication was rewarded when he participated in a chess tournament and proudly finished among the top three winners. Beyond chess, Gaurav enjoys drawing and solving puzzles, activities that reflect his sharp mind and imaginative spirit. He finds joy in expressing himself through art and loves tackling new challenges, always eager to learn and improve. Gaurav aspires to continue growing as a chess player and dreams of becoming a prominent name in the chess world one day. His enthusiasm, perseverance, and willingness to learn make him a true star and an inspiration to his peers. And since his birthday is also in April, it will a great gift for him to feature as star kid for April month.”

Selection Criteria – April 2025:
Regular in class and practice sessions.
Displaying improvement in practices to reach top 3 positions.
Puzzle solving and tactics findings in regular class.
Generate quest in chess and regular in assignments.
Overall – Passion is evident in class, practices, puzzle solving etc.
