At Premier Chess Academy (PCA), our vision is to transform kids into the world of chess & support them along the transition. Each and every kid at PCA deserves a special appreciation but we have shortlisted (selection criteria below) the students. Friendly advice, “for student’s those who didn’t make it through – you will make it one day and for those who are the stars of the month – continue the practice as your bar goes up”.

1. AARAV NAINWAL

” Every champion has a unique beginning—and Aarav’s story started not on a chessboard, but with cars. Aarav has always loved cars—racing them, crashing them, and most importantly, figuring out how to escape tricky situations during play. While others saw simple games, Aarav was already thinking ahead, planning moves, and creating strategies to win. When Aarav was 5years old, he received a chess board as a birthday gift. Looking at the chess board something clicked instantly. The chessboard became a new playground, just like the world of cars. Each piece felt like a vehicle with a role, every move like a decision in a fast-paced race. Aarav began applying the same thinking—anticipating challenges, planning escapes, and staying one step ahead. Those playful moments were more than just fun—they were the foundation of a sharp and strategic mind. Recognizing Aarav’s passion for strategic games, we enrolled him in Premier Chess Academy. Of course, no journey is complete without the right guidance – and this is where Aarav’s mentor, Saurabh Singh, played a truly important role. With patience, encouragement, and deep knowledge of the game, the mentor Saurabh Singh helped shape Aarav’s natural instincts into strong chess skills. He not only taught moves and strategies but also inspired confidence, discipline, and a love for learning. With dedication, practice, and the right mentorship, Aarav continued to grow – turning passion into performance. Today at 10 years old, Aarav’s creativity, passion, and determination have led to a proud achievement-Aarav has been awarded the “Star Kid of the Month” at Premier Chess Academy. Aarav’s journey shows us something powerful: Great skills often grow from simple passions. Play, curiosity, and imagination can turn into extraordinary abilities. Congratulations, Aarav!
