At Premier Chess Academy (PCA), our vision is to transform kids into the world of chess & support them along the transition. Each and every kid at PCA deserves a special appreciation but we have shortlisted (selection criteria below) the students. 1. Aviral Kapil
” Aviral Kapil is an8-year-old grade 3 student studying at D.P.S. Greater Faridabad Haryana. Aviral is a very active child who is always ready to play CHESS and other games like Cricket, Football, Carrom, Lego etc. He is a big fan of Surya Kumar Yadav and Messi. He is always ready to learn new things and he has a lot of knowledge of different areas of life. He has great knowledge of Sanskrit mantras. He is passionate about only two things, one is Chess and the other is Math. He wants to become a Scientist when he grows up. He has learned a lot from PCA Chess Academy. He loves Aadarsh sir’s loving way of teaching Chess. Thank you, Adarsh sir, for patiently answering Aviral’s numerous questions. “

2. Kashvi Admankar
” Kashvi is 6 years old , studying 1st grade in St Ann’s High School, Hyderabad. She likes dancing and is very creative at art. She is quick learner and grabs the concepts at her age and has fine motor skills in craft and making clay items .She joined PCA in August 2022. We have seen her improvement in understanding the concepts well under guidance of coach and implementing those in while solving puzzles and also in practice sessions .And now she enjoys and love playing games. We wish to see Kashvi greater heights in chess. “

3. Anvi Yadav
” Anvi is 8 years old, studies in class 3rd in Delhi Public School (Kolar road). She lives in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Her hobbies include reading , drawing and playing with friends. She joined PCA 6 months back and we would like to thanks Mr. Ashish Pattnaik sir for the patience he has shown with the kids, which can be clearly seen in Anvi’s improved performance. Looking forward to participating in more and more such competitions.”

4. Aarav
” Aarav is 10 years old pursuing his studies from Delhi Public School, Barasat Kolkata. He is keen in math and Science and has achieved many gold medals in the Olympiad. In indoor games, Aarav has had a passion for chess from the age of 5 years and through premier chess academy he has learnt a lot and is still learning. Aarav also enjoys football a lot and reading story books. “

5. Vindhya Nana Wagh
” Vindhya is 8 years old. He is studying in class 3 at Sant Janardan Swami Mahrshi Vidya Mandir Kopargaon. He is very mature with his age. He always likes to learn new things, however when it’s about chess he keeps playing like crazy. He respects the freedom of people around him and listens to the opinion of others. He likes to eat all kinds of fruits rather than sweets. His favorite subject is Mathematics. He has tremendous love for animals. I pray almighty to keep him happy and enable him to contribute the best, in making this world a better place to live. Thanks to Premier Chess Academy for creating this wonderful platform. “

6. Devishi Kapoor
” Devishi is a 5 year old kindergartner from India, She is a sincere and hardworking child. She loves playing chess and solving tactics is her favorite hobby. Apart from chess she also likes doing painting. Her aim is to become world champion one day and beat Magnus Carlsen who indeed is her favorite player. I would also like to thank Mr. Girish Reddy, her coach who has been extremely supportive to my child and she has shown great improvement in his guidance. We are fortunate to have him as a coach.”

7. Ahmad
” Ahmad is 11 years old studying in grade 5. He is from Kerala. He started playing chess with his father at the age of 4. He joined PCA last year under the guidance of Kunal Kumar sir. Thank you, sir, for your support. He is very good in academics. He loves playing all types of board games, solving Rubik’s cube, and reading scientific books. “

8. Shivya Vignesh
” Shivya is of 6 years old, pursuing her grade 1 in KSIR school, Coimbatore. She was interested in learning chess, meanwhile we understood Premier Chess Academy is excelling in chess coaching globally. Hence, we took a slot in PCA. She’s now capable of playing chess individually. We observed that her master “Mr. Narendiran T” is good in teaching and we admired his patience towards the kids as well. “

9. Kundana Reddy
” Kundana is 9 years old, she is in 4th grade in Gitanjali Devakul school…she is from Hyderabad, India. She started playing chess a few months back. After joining PCA she was able to grasp the ideas very quickly. Now she enjoys playing weekly tournaments with PCA. We Sincerely Thanks to Piyush sir for the hard work that he was to put to train Kundana by explaining various chess concepts. During these 5 months, he has learnt new moves and his game is improving day by day. “

10. Sai Varun Rachapudi
” Sai Varun Rachapudi is a 8 year old boy born on 5th May, 2014 in Hyderabad. He is studying 3rd standard in St. Joseph’s School, Malakpet, Hyderabad. Varun has been a very active and enthusiastic child since childhood. Playing chess improves concentration and strategic thinking. So we wanted Varun to learn chess. His cousin has been a student of PCA for one and half years. We were inspired by him and we also joined Varun in PCA. Varun has been learning chess through PCA since July, 2022. His coach is Mr. Prabhath Kumar. His way of explaining and friendly approach make Varun get interested in playing chess. His game improved gradually. In free time, Varun plays chess with his friends and plays puzzle racers on a lichess platform. He also has interest in playing outdoor games and is good at studies also. As parents, we are happy and wish Varun to develop his skills further. Thank you PCA and Prabhat sir for your encouragement. “

He is a very good singer and pursuing vocal lessons. He is also doing wonders in keyboard and guitar. He is no doubt a multi-talented child and I hope he will also excel in chess. “

13. Aadhav
” Aadhav is a 9-year-old boy who is a very active and an enthusiastic learner. However, his journey with PCA started due to his Bestie Tanush; seeing his friend’s interest, Aadhav was too eager in learning chess. Aadhav joined PCA six months back and loves the way Viswanath sir teaches him. Initially Aadhav was handled by a different coach, but now he is comfortable and well set with coach Viswanath. Viswanath keeps track of all his mistakes and guides him wherever needed. We as parents would like to take this opportunity to really appreciate Viswanath for all his efforts and encouragement towards Aadhav. Apart from chess, Aadhav is very good at Math, he has been awarded 2 gold trophies for being 3 levels ahead of his school grade. He is also learning swimming, tennis, and football as he has lots of energy and a very active child. At this point, we as parents are very happy and thankful with PCA and coach Viswanath for their continuous support towards the improvement of our child in chess. “

- Displaying improvement in practices to reach top 3 positions.
- Puzzle solving and tactics findings in regular class.
- Generate quest in chess and regular in assignments.
- Over all – Passion is evident in class, practices, puzzle solving etc.
