At Premier Chess Academy (PCA), our vision is to transform kids into the world of chess & support them along the transition. Each and every kid at PCA deserves a special appreciation but we have shortlisted (selection criteria below) the students. ” Sara is 7 years old and enjoying her 1st grade while playing chess she’s hard to defeat by opponents. She love art, karate, swimming, soccer, Math and reading books. Love to play with friends and family. She set her goal so high and give her best to win fair games all the time. We are so happy to enroll her in Chess as she’s enjoying her school Chess and easily win games.”

2. Advith Manchala
” Advith Manchala is in third grade at Amador Elementary school in Dublin, CA. He’s energetic and loves reading Diary of a Wimpy Kid book series, playing chess, basketball, track & field events. He is known for his curiosity and a knack in asking a lot of questions as he continues to dig deeper into what he wants to explore. In his leisure, he works on his Lego sets, plays with our pet, Cooper (Maltipoo) and while finding ways to fight with his sister, has immense love for her. We are so grateful for having Mr. Abhishek Patil as his Chess teacher. We enrolled to see if he’d have an interest and Mr. Abhishek did a marvelous job to get the kids engaged and develop a liking for the game. We’re glad to have PCA faculty shape young kids to improve critical thinking abilities while having fun! “

3. Anshuman Ramachandran
” Anshuman is a 11 Year old boy doing 5th grade living in Avon , IN. He started developing interest in chess last year and that’s when we decided to put him in PCA and since then his interest towards chess has grown multifold. Even during our recent India trip, he has shown eagerness to showcase the strategies learnt to his cousins . He is a very creative and passionate kid who loves playing Cricket, Lego and Video Games and has set his career aspirations to be a Game Developer as well a good chef as he loves to cook tasty foods. ” Alex is a 6 years old kid and a 1st grader at Johns Creek Elementary school in Georgia. He is a fun loving and very sporty kid. He loves to play chess. His other sport is badminton and he loves to play with his friends. He has been playing chess for the last eight months and we have seen improvements in his skills. He has participated in local, state and national tournaments and won several trophies and medals. ”

” Saanvi is 8 years old and a 3rd grader from San Jose, California. She is a fun-loving kid. She is good at academics, loves to play chess. She likes learning new things, reading books and dancing too. Her teacher recently mentioned that she is ‘Teacher’s dream for sure’. Thanks to PCA and her coach Jeet Singh sir for his great support and guiding her on how to score better in the tournaments. She got 1st place in the tournaments under his guidance. “

8. Vedant Jain
” Vedant is an 8 years old boy. He is a third grader from Edison NJ. He is good at math and has shown interest in solving puzzles, playing with Legos, building a variety of items with different types of building blocks etc. since his early childhood. He is very energetic and makes new friends instantly. We introduced him to chess recently – just a few weeks ago. He picked up the basics of the game all by himself by watching some videos and that is when we decided to have him take chess classes. “

” Sejal is 5 year old , kinder grader from universal academy, Dallas , TX. She is passionate about soccer and chess. She likes painting and sci fi movies . She loves to solve math sudoku and puzzles . She is equally passionate about her opponents in chess and likes to play against the higher rank players. ” Arav is 7. He lives in Arkansas, USA. He started to play chess in April 2022 after being introduced to it by his uncle. He enjoys the classes and practice sessions. ” Abhiram is a 12-year-old boy who recently moved from Edmonton AB to Decatur IL. Apart from adoring chess, he also really likes sports, video games and likes to hang out with friends. For the past two years, Abhiram has been learning chess obediently, and one day, he hopes to become a grandmaster. After Abhiram joined PCA, he’s been a lot more comfortable playing against any play style, and his coach, Sushant, has been a big part of this. Overall, we are proud of what he’s done, and we can’t wait to see his next milestone. “

” Monisha is a 4th grader and she is kind, caring, and a very happy-going kid. She loves creating art and new greeting card designs. She Loves playing with her brother and friends. Her favorite games include Chess, Pictionary, Uno, and Sequence. She never misses chess classes or any tournaments. And she has improved to the point of consistently beating her dad in chess. ” Astrophil, stargazer, sketching hands, Karate kid, Chess master in making, loves to play violin, clarinet, this is to describe Satvik in a nutshell. He is 9 yrs old, 4 th grader in John Adams school, New Jersey. He is doing great academically and aspires to become an Astrophysicist. He has also participated in many STEM related science fairs. Satvik’s passion for astronomy drive us as a family to participate in different astronomy club where he gazes galaxies ,stars and his inquisitive questions admired by all scientists/enthusiast in club. Satvik is also passionate about sketching, and his drawings are appreciated by his teachers and friends. He loves playing chess and enjoys challenging his skills through the games. Hrishikesh sir, his chess guru, guides him brilliantly to learn the techniques. Satvik is sharp with his kicks and is currently a yellow belt in Karate. He also loves playing different musical instruments, he can play clarinet, violin and piano and has performed multiple times in school concerts. “

” Annika is 7 years old ,a 2nd grader at Foxborough Regional Charter School, Massachusetts . She is a gentle ,polite and friendly fun loving girl who takes pride in respecting our culture, ethics and values. She takes her academics very seriously and is very good at it. Apart from academics she is Black Belt in Taekwondo Martial Arts and loves doing that. Her love for Dance is greatest. 20. Nishchay Bhatnagar
” Nishchay Bhatnagar … He is 9 years old and a 4th grader in Sawnee Elementary school, Georgia!! He loves to play video games, tennis, and chess (recently). He too loves to build and create new things. He also likes to read books about science and its amazing facts and takes a lot of interest in learning new things. He is a part of the school Robotics team and his team has also won a Design award recently for their Robot. Apart from doing hard work in studies and extracurricular activities he also loves to play with his friends. Nishchay started playing chess at age of 7 years with his parents and his sister. “ Eva is 6 years old, 2nd grader from Manhattan, New York. She is very active and full of life. She plays Soccer & Basketball, loves Gymnastics and is a budding Pianist. She fractured her arm in summers and was off from her outdoor activities for a while and started attending Chess classes at PCA with Rinku sir. Rinku is so motivating and keeps kids engaged. 27. Advaith Subramonia
” Advaith is 9 years old and is a 3rd grader in Mohr Elementary school in California. He loves to hike outdoors, read books and is fascinated by numbers. Apart from chess classes, he also learns the piano and Taekwondo. He is good at academics and is a hard worker. Advaith joined PCA as a beginner with zero knowledge of chess last August, and with the help of his coaches Mr Shriram Chakradeo and his previous coach Mr Hrishikesh, he has learnt a lot this year. 29. Dhruv Kurudi
” Dhruv is 8 years old and from New Jersey. He started with PCA in January 2022 and it has been an incredible journey since then. He absolutely loves chess and can play in tournaments all day every day. His coach Tejas Arora has been a great encouragement. Apart from chess Dhruv likes to read, swim, and loves Legos. 30. Adwaith Nair
” Adwaith is 8 years old and a second grader living in Columbia, SC. He loves to do Taekwondo, read books, and play games. He started playing chess when he was 6, but was not very much interested in the game. He joined PCA 3 months back and became very keen on Chess and improved his skills a lot over this time. ” Akshadha is ten years old, studying 5th grade. She loves to read books all the time and enjoys Art. Initially she was not interested in chess but later she got interested after seeing her brother enjoying chess and winning with his friends (her brother joined chess classes earlier than her with Tushar coach).
