Each and every kid at PCA deserves a special appreciation but we have shortlisted (selection criteria below) the students. 1. Sathwika
” She is completing 7 years by the end of this July. She is studying in the second standard. Her hometown is in Kerala. She loves to play with her friends. Now she also enjoys playing chess. “

” Sathwika is a diligent Kid. She is very much passionate about Chess, her passion can be seen in the live classes. Especially when we review a Grandmaster’s game she expresses her enthusiasm by rapidly guessing the next move that could have been played. She loves to analyze and explain different chess positions. She likes solving chess puzzles too, Typically checkmate in one and Checkmate in two is her sweet spot. I have seen a major boost in her concentration and calculation skills just within a few days of starting Chess. ”

2. Akshat Goyal
” Akshat is a brilliant student. He is a chess enthusiast and can play chess and practice chess for hours. He is a master in Mathematics and loves solving puzzles very quickly. He has very good learning & memory power and can grasp new things very fast. Apart from chess, he enjoys cycling and making best out of waste materials. He loves competition and regularly plays practice sessions. All this is the result of his hard work and great mentoring from his coach and I am glad that he is part of Premier Chess Academy. ”

” Akshat being only 9 years old, the maturity and talent he possesses is really unreal. At such a young age, his keenness to accept challenges and push his limits is really praise worthy. He is a very hard working, sincere and disciplined child who usually doesn’t miss out on any practice session. As a mentor I observed that in the last few weeks Akshat has been regularly coming in top three of each and every practice session. His performance in classes, and his results in practice sessions are really remarkable. The way he has made progress in recent times gives proof that he is not only a quick learner but also someone who accepts failure in a positive way and tries to learn from it. He recently got awarded as the best U-9 Kid in an offline tournament conducted externally which makes him a worthy star kid of the month. He also has age on his side and I do believe with proper training and encouragement he will achieve a lot in future. As a coach I feel quite privileged to have Akshat as my student. 3. Kushagra Dwivedi
” Kushagra is 9 years old. He studies in grade 5 and lives in Hyderabad. Most of his friends and teachers call him Kush. He started playing chess 2 years back, just when lockdown started. I have seen his growing interest in chess, and sincerity towards the game. He now looks forward to classes, keeps practicing the tricks taught in the class and wants to improve his game. As parents, we have seen Bhaskar’s efforts in the class, and his personal attention to all the kids. Thanks sir, for guiding and mentoring Kush. 4. Darsh Rana
” Darsh is 12 year old and student of 7th grade. He lives in Gurugram, Haryana. He is passionate about football, cricket and chess. He is amazing in math and by playing chess he has enhanced his problem solving skills. He had joined PCA 1 year ago. Journey so far in PCA was joyful and full of positive challenge in games. He enjoys every bit of it and look forward to have class with some skillful challenges. He utilizes his free time by playing chess games. As a parents we are very proud of his progress in this game. Thanks to all the coaches specially Harshita mam for their efforts and unlocking his potential within such a short period of time. “

5. Arth Sharma
” Arth Sharma is 10year old student in 5th class. He lives in Jaipur. He is very passionate about his game. His opening in matches is good but since the last 6 months he was having more problems in his middle game. 2 months ago, he joined PCA. Now his game has improved a lot and he has also become very passionate about chess. Thanks Jeet Sir, you formed a bond with Arth and that’s why Arth got positively motivated and thanks PCA Group also. “

6. Ujas Kalari
” Ujas loves nature and Animals. He doesn’t like if anyone cuts trees and he enjoys feeding street dogs. He is Mama’s Boy and loves to hear bedtime stories. He is very caring and sensitive kid. Ujas is 11 years old and good in studies, badminton and an excellent artist. “

7. Rudra Gautam
” Rudra Gautam is 11 years old, studying in VI grade. He started learning chess about a year ago, and enjoys learning new chess concepts with his coach. Before joining PCA he was not confident but after joining the classes he improved his game and became more confident. Thanks to PCA and Mr. Nihal Mulla sir, he is really picking upon his skills. 8. Daksh Mohan
” Daksh is 9 yrs old, he is studying in 4th std. He lives in Bangalore. He is a hyperactive child and enjoys sports. He is very good in his academics and athletics. He always gets selected in Inter school competition in athletics. He joined PCA in the month of April. I made him join with the intention, he should have a habit of sitting in one place and concentrating, which he was lacking. Thanks to chess, a tremendous improvement I could see in him. He is showing interest in chess and playing more and more games whenever he gets free time. Hope he comes with flying colors in the future. 9. Kartikeya
” Kartikeya is 13 years old, he is studying in 8th grade. He lives in Gurugram, Haryana. Kartikeya is very good at studies and very fond of sports. He likes to play tennis, cricket, basketball and football. He joined PCA around 6 months ago. He is learning and enjoying playing Chess under the guidance of his coach and mentor Raunak Sir and whenever he finds free time he plays chess on his laptop. We as parents of Kartikeya are proud of him. Hope he continues his journey and achieves success in this game. We would like to thank his coach Raunak Sir for guiding him and also Premier Chess Academy.”

10. Aarav Navlakha
” Aarav Navlakha is an eight year old chess enthusiast and an ardent admirer of the game, currently studying in class Three. He got involved in this game from a young age of 5 and was enticed by it. He then has been part of Premier Chess Academy for the last two year. Within these 2 years under the guidance of Rinku Sir, he has improved a lot. The game has helped him a lot to grow, especially increase his concentration and think strategically. He also likes to draw, read, travel, play football and spend time with his friends and family.“
