Each and every kid at PCA deserves a special appreciation but we have shortlisted (selection criteria below) the students. Friendly advise, “for student’s those who didn’t make it through – you will make it one day and for those who are the stars of the month – continue the practice as your bar goes up”.
Here we go to recognize the stars of the month (June 2022) at Premier Chess Academy, Asia Pacific (Australia, Singapore and New Zealand)!
1.Sunishka Srivastava
“Sunishka is a cheerful 10 years old girl who studies at Changkat Primary School in Singapore. She loves playing basketball with her friends, chess with her father, solving riddles and drawing. Last year, we wanted Sunishka to take up a new hobby during the school holidays. Sunishka’s aunt, who is a coach at PCA and also a national-level chess player, recommended Sunishka to join PCA. We thought it was a good idea as chess is good for brain development and analytical thinking. We enrolled her in PCA and within a few weeks, she started loving it! She started getting better and better at it every single day. She started playing matches with her father and finally after a lot of practice she won. We would like to thank her coach Ms Harshita for putting in the time and effort to teach her as she is getting better and better at chess. She wish to do more advance levels and continue with her learning journey. Thank you Premier Chess Academy and the coaches. Kudos to you.”
