At Premier Chess Academy (PCA), our vision is to transform kids into the world of chess & support them along the transition. Each and every kid at PCA deserves a special appreciation but we have shortlisted (selection criteria below) the students. Friendly advise, “for student’s those who didn’t make it through – you will make it one day and for those who are the stars of the month – continue the practice as your bar goes up”.
Here we go to recognize the stars of the month (October 2023) at Premier Chess Academy, Middle East!
1. Aayush Pal
” Aayush is an 8th grade student . He lives in Qatar with his parents. He got interested in playing chess at the age of 10 yrs . He used to watch videos of other players on YouTube so we told him to start playing it himself. We decided to enroll him with Premier Chess Academy. He was excited to learn new techniques and methods from his coach Mr. Mihir Mehra. His coach’s guidance encouraged him a lot and his game has improved considerably. Aayush loves reading and drawing too. He is also a big fan of Lego and has built a Lego chess board.”
Coach feedback on Aayush :
” Aayush is one of the most disciplined kids I have come across. He is very patient and clears all his doubts no matter whether small or big which has improved his game a lot. In a very short period, he has made a good impact and shown his ability that he can think critically and do some amazing moves. He has developed a decent sense of the game and is improving every single day. Overall he is doing a great job. My best wishes to him moving forward.”
