At Premier Chess Academy, we are proud to announce the achievements of our talented students who have participated and excelled in various chess tournaments around the world. We congratulate them for their hard work, dedication and passion for the game. We also appreciate the coaches who have guided them and helped them improve their skills and strategies.
Here are some of the highlights of our young chess champions:

                     NORTH AMERICA

  • Anvay Mishra competed in the Scholastic USA chess 2023 and secured the second rank with 3 out of 4 points. He played with great skill and determination and overcame many tough opponents. His coach, Harry Khurana, was very proud of him and his achievement.
  • Shravan participated in the Lincoln city championship- Rated Beginners Open level Tournament and secured the second rank with 4 out of 5 points. He impressed everyone with his elegant and graceful play and his confidence on the board. His coach, Venkat Ramana Ramesh, congratulated him for his remarkable performance and encouraged him to keep up the good work.
  • Ayansh joined the 2023 Indiana state championship for 1st grade and won the first rank with a perfect score of 5 out of 5 points. He dominated the tournament with his powerful and accurate play and defeated many strong opponents. His coach, Priyanka sharma, celebrated his success and praised him for his potential.

  • Shrey played in the USA chess Rated Quads style chess tournament and secured the second rank in the event. He won his first offline tournament and showed great enthusiasm and passion for chess. His coach, Atam Jeet Singh, was very proud of him and his achievement.

  • Vikash Raj competed in the Indiana state k-12 Grade Championship and secured the third rank with 3 out of 5 points. He demonstrated strong strategic thinking and calculation abilities in his games and outplayed many tough opponents. His coach, Harry Khurana, applauded him for his hard work and dedication.

  • Alexhaung participated in the Halloween Open tournament and secured the second rank with 3.5 out of 5 points. He displayed excellent tactical skills and creativity in his games and handled the pressure well. His coach, Saurabh Singh, complimented him for his outstanding result and motivated him to continue his chess journey.

  • Nikshit Harsha alangankancharla joined the UNO November Squads- 2023 and won the first rank in the U-800 Category with a perfect score of 3 out of 3 points. He impressed everyone with his powerful and accurate play and his confidence on the board. His coach, Devansh singh, celebrated his success and praised him for his potential.

  • Arya played in the St. Michael chess tournament and secured the second rank with 3 out of 4 points. He showed great skill and poise and showed his maturity on the board. His coach, Ashish Pattnaik, was very pleased with him and his performance.

  • Sanjay Gudipati competed in the RRISD Fall 2 Chess tournament and won the first rank with a perfect score of 5 out of 5 points. He dominated the tournament with his brilliant and flawless play. His coach, Piyush Khurana, was very impressed by him and his result.

  • Nikshit Harsha alangankancharla participated in the Scholastic U800 Chess Tournament and won the first rank with a perfect score of 4 out of 4 points. He dazzled everyone with his sharp and aggressive play style and his confidence on the board. His coach, Devansh Singh, celebrated his success and praised him for his potential.

  • Lakshman Nachiappan joined the St. Anne Celtic challenge Fall chess tournament and secured the ninth place in the U-900 Category with 3.5 out of 5 points. He held his first trophy and showed great enthusiasm and passion for chess. His coach, Arya Bhakta, was very proud of him and his achievement.

  • Abyaan & Mayan played in the 2nd Grade Kindergarten Grade-wise ohio state championship and secured the second rank in the event. They both displayed excellent knowledge and understanding of chess and applied it well in their games. Their coach, Ayush Pattnaik, complimented them for their outstanding result and motivated them to continue their chess journey.


  • Shrey Shah competed in the Diplomat Chess-Swiss event and won the first rank with 3.5 out of 4 points. He played with great skill and determination and overcame many challenges. His coach, Atam Jeet Singh, was very impressed by him and his result.
  • Arastu Shrivastava participated in the Tri Valley K-12 and won the first rank with 4.5 out of 5 points. He impressed everyone with his powerful and accurate play and his confidence on the board. His coach, Harry Khurana, celebrated his success and praised him for his potential.

  • Sriaansh Battula joined the Extons Common’s Friday Night Tournament and secured the second rank in the event. He displayed excellent tactical skills and creativity in his games and handled the pressure well. His coach, Tigmanshu Dave, complimented him for his outstanding result and motivated him to continue his chess journey.

  • Saikavin played in the 30th Phoenix anniversary tournament 4 to 6 grade level and secured the sixth rank in the event. He showed great enthusiasm and passion for chess and learned a lot from the tournament. His coach, Ashutosh, was very proud of him and his achievement.

  • Adyan Banuri competed in the Tri-valley K-12 Premier and Champ, Nov 2023 and secured the second rank in the event. He played with great skill and poise and showed his maturity on the board. His coach, Ritish Pathania, was very pleased with him and his performance.

  • Avyaan Mahadeokar participated in the 2023 Class Warfare Championship and secured the second place with 3 out of 4 points. He impressed everyone with his sharp and aggressive play style and his confidence on the board. His coach, Devansh Singh, celebrated his success and praised him for his potential.

  • Lakhi joined the 2023 North Carolina Open Tournament and won the champion title with a perfect score of 5 out of 5 points.
    He dominated the tournament with his brilliant and flawless play. His coach, Ashish Pattnaik, was very impressed by him and his result.

  • Likhi played in the 2023 North Carolina Open Tournament and secured the fourth place with 4 out of 5 points. He showed great skill and determination and overcame many challenges. His coach, Ashish Pattnaik, was very satisfied with him and his result.
  • Avanthika from USA participated in the Club event and won the champion title in the event. She played with great skill and enthusiasm and showed her love for chess. Her coaches, Bhaskar and Shriram, appreciated her for her effort and improvement.


SINGAPORE

  • Merit competed in the Queenstown CC Age Group Chess Championship-2023 and secured the second place in the U-13 category with 3 out of 6 points. He played with great poise and composure and showed his maturity on the board. His coach, Anshul Bathla, was very pleased with him and his performance.


UNITED KINGDOM 

  • Sai Pranav Peddi competed in the Staffordshire Junior Chess Championships and secured the second rank with 5 out of 6 points. He played with great skill and determination and overcame many tough opponents. His coach, Atam Jeet Singh, was very proud of him and his achievement.

 

INDIA

  • Dharanish participated in the A-Max Academy 2nd state level children chess tournament and secured the tenth rank with 5 out of 7 points. He impressed everyone with his elegant and graceful play and his confidence on the board. His coach, Tushar Sharma, congratulated him for his remarkable performance and encouraged him to keep up the good work.

  • Yajana pratham joined the UCA Open chess tournament – U-12 category and secured the fifth rank with 5.5 out of 7 points. He displayed excellent tactical skills and creativity in his games and handled the pressure well. His coach, Adarsh Kumar, complimented him for his outstanding result and motivated him to continue his chess journey.

  • Avika played in the Club event and won the champion title in the U-7 category with 3 out of 5 points. She played with great skill and enthusiasm and showed her love for chess. Her coach, Pavan, appreciated her for her effort and improvement.

  • Saarth Gupta competed in the Open one day Rapid Chess tournament, Pune and secured the fifth rank in the U-10 category with 5 out of 7 points. He demonstrated strong strategic thinking and calculation abilities in his games and outplayed many tough opponents. His coach, Anshul Bathla, applauded him for his hard work and dedication.
  • Nikith participated in the Tiruppur district level tournament and secured the fourth place in the U-8 category with 4 out of 5 points. He impressed everyone with his powerful and accurate play and his confidence on the board. His coach, Anshul Bathla, celebrated his success and praised him for his potential.

  • Neelamegh participated in the U12 TATA Cultural and sports association Chess tournament and secured the fourth rank in the event. He demonstrated strong strategic thinking and calculation abilities in his games and outplayed many tough opponents. His coach, Adarsh Kumar, applauded him for his hard work and dedication.

  • Saathvik R joined the 6th BBCF- KRM TN State Level Children’s and Open Chess tournament and secured the 13th place in the U-8 Category with 5 out of 7 points. He displayed excellent knowledge and understanding of chess and applied it well in his games. His coach, Narendiran, complimented him for his outstanding result and motivated him to continue his chess journey.

  • Dharanish played in the 6th BBCF- KRM TN State Level Children’s and Open Chess tournament and secured the 10th place with 5 out of 7 points. He impressed everyone with his elegant and graceful play and his confidence on the board. His coach, Tushar Sharma, congratulated him for his remarkable performance and encouraged him to keep up the good work.

We are very proud of these young chess champions who have brought laurels to our academy and their respective countries. We hope they continue to pursue their passion for chess and achieve greater heights in the future. We also thank their parents, teachers and friends for their support and encouragement. We look forward to celebrating more triumph tales of our students in the coming days.
