At Premier Chess Academy (PCA), our vision is to transform kids into the world of chess & support them along the transition. Each and every kid at PCA deserves a special appreciation but we have shortlisted (selection criteria below) the students. Friendly advise, “for student’s those who didn’t make it through – you will make it one day and for those who are the stars of the month – continue the practice as your bar goes up”.
Here we go to recognize the stars of the month (May 2023) at Premier Chess Academy, India!
1. Swara Samal
” Swara is 10 years old, studying in NPS ITPL. Very recently joined the PCA chess coaching class and under the guidance and support of Anshul sir, she has quickly picked off the initial strategies and moves on the chess board. It requires lots and lots of practice and patience to master the game. And under the guidance of PCA swara is definitely on the right path. “

” Swara is a very sincere girl, she is smart and grasps things well. She has answers for almost all the puzzles I give to her. She likes to win and keeps trying till the end of the game which shows her dedication towards chess. She joined me almost a month back only and the way she has picked up things is really impressive, I wish her all the best and she has many more things to achieve in the future.”

2. Reyansh Sharma
” Reyansh Sharma is 7 years old studying in Grade 2 in Euro school Bangalore.He is a quick learner and grasp the thinks quickly.His favourite sports is cricket, football and chess.He can solve puzzles quickly.He is very strong in mathematics too. We are so proud of Reyansh as he learnt many things from his coach Ashish Sir as he guided him very well.He is still learning from his sir.Thanks a lot Ashish Sir for being so supportive.It will be helpful for him in future too. “

The best thing about Reyansh is that he asks lots of doubts which shows that he is working in chess and loves to play the game. Selection Criteria – May 2023:
- Regular in class and practice sessions.
- Displaying improvement in practices to reach top 3 positions.
- Puzzle solving and tactics findings in regular class.
- Generate quest in chess and regular in assignments.
- Over all – Passion is evident in class, practices, puzzle solving etc
