At Premier Chess Academy (PCA), our vision is to transform kids into the world of chess & support them along the transition. Each and every kid at PCA deserves a special appreciation but we have shortlisted (selection criteria below) the students. Friendly advice, “for student’s those who didn’t make it through – you will make it one day and for those who are the stars of the month – continue the practice as your bar goes up”.

1. Leandra Jairajesh
”Leandra fell in love with chess when she was eight, and four years later, she still loves it just as much. She’s been learning with Coach Mihir for the past couple of months, and it’s been a great experience. The games and techniques he’s shared have helped her improve and enjoy chess even more. We’re so happy she’s been chosen as one of the Stars of the Month, and we look forward to seeing her keep learning and growing with the academy.”

She never misses any of her class and is eager to learn new things and also whatever we learn in class she tries that in the games at home as well which has helped her improve a lot in the recent months. Selection Criteria –October 2026:
- Regular in class and practice sessions.
- Displaying improvement in practices to reach top 3 positions.
- Puzzle solving and tactics findings in regular class.
- Generate quest in chess and regular in assignments.
- Overall – Passion is evident in class, practices, puzzle solving etc.
