At Premier Chess Academy, we are proud to announce the achievements of our talented students who have participated and excelled in various chess tournaments around the world. We congratulate them for their hard work, dedication and passion for the game. We also appreciate the coaches who have guided them and helped them improve their skills and strategies.
Here are some of the highlights of our young chess champions:
NORTH AMERICA
- Mugil Muruganandam from Canada secured the 2nd position in the U-16 category in the Sarnia Chess Academy Tournament with a score of 7/8. He played with confidence and flair and impressed everyone with his endgame skills. His coach was Arya Bhakta, who praised Mugil for his dedication and hard work and encouraged him to keep improving his game.
- Mithra Sudhan Balamurugan from USA became a Champion in the 10th Cherry Blossom Scholastic Tournament with a score of 3/4. He showed great talent and enthusiasm and amazed everyone with his opening repertoire. His coach was Adarsh Kumar, who congratulated Mithra for his achievement and motivated him to pursue his chess dreams.
- Advaith Jayadeep from USA grabbed the Best Winner Trophy in the Quad Mini Swiss Category in the CA Golden Chess Club Tournament with a score of 4/4. He displayed excellent performance and style and thrilled everyone with his attacking moves. His coach was Aaryan Kapoor, who appreciated Advaith for his performance and inspired him to challenge himself more.
- Vishnupriya Jayamurugan from USA secured the 1st Runner-Up in the KLUB U500 Chess Championship with a score of 5/5. She demonstrated remarkable improvement and consistency and impressed everyone with her defensive skills. Her coach was Ritish Pathania, who thanked Vishnupriya for her trust and effort and advised her to keep practicing her tactics.
- Premsai Nallapareddygari from USA became a Champion in Under 400 category in the 23rd TANA chess Tournament with a score of 4/4. He exhibited splendid skill and finesse and dazzled everyone with his clever tricks. His coach was Sahil Batra, who celebrated Premsai’s success and urged him to keep exploring new ideas.
UK
- Sai Pranav Peddi from UK achieved the 1st Position in the Leicestershire Junior Chess Congress U-9 Chess Tournament with a score of 5/6. He showed incredible potential and flair and amazed everyone with his brilliant moves. His coach was AtamJeet Singh, who celebrated Sai Pranav’s success and urged him to keep learning new concepts.
We are very proud of these young chess champions who have brought laurels to our academy and their respective countries. We hope they continue to pursue their passion for chess and achieve greater heights in the future. We also thank their parents, teachers and friends for their support and encouragement. We look forward to celebrating more triumph tales of our students in the coming days.
